GETTING THERE:

Internal airfares are not included in the package price and must be purchased separately. If you need help with this or other travel arrangements, please inquire.

CHILDREN'S DISCOUNT

Children 12 and under recieve a 30% discount from the package price and a 50% discount on the air tickets.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Payments are due in full 30 days before departure date. Deposits are not needed for individual passangers. However, for groups larger than 10, a 25% deposit is required once the reservation has been confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• -60 days 100% refund
• -30 days 75% refund
• -15 days 50% refund
• -less than 15 days 0% refund

We do always take into account special occasions with regard to sickness and other circumstances. We do analyze each cancellation individually, in case of a cancellation due to a medical reason, we will require a doctors certificate stating that the passenger(s) is unable to travel. In case of family emergency, we will require that this is verified.
